I was 39 years old, soon to be 40 and had been “dieting” over half my life! You name it, I have tried it! I’ve always felt like I had to be on a diet of some kind, ALL the time. With Emily’s guidance, I slowly learned that I don’t (and most likely you don’t either)! I have started focusing on my Health…like TRULY focusing on feeding my body good, nutrient dense foods, learning what my body likes and doesn’t & eliminating toxic things. And you know what?? Everything else is just happening naturally. I feel amazing!! My relationship with food is 1000 times better than it was before I started working with Emily.
My emotional state is better & I have more energy than I did in my 20’s. I’m ashamed to say this, but it has taken me over 20 years to finally understand that nutrition should NOT be complicated!! I have QUIT obsessing over food, I have quit counting calories/macros and I have gained a whole new perspective!! I am forever grateful 🫶
After 6 months, I have hit all of the initial goals I set out for myself when I decided to prioritize my health. I guess I need to come up with some new goals!
